Color Challenge

I think I've mentioned the Color Challenge on Splitcoaststampers before.  It's one of my favorite places to check out because the color combos are awesome and most of them I would have never put together!  Below is a card that uses a recent Color Challenge using Elegant Eggplant, So Saffron and Rose Red.  The stamp set is Doodle This.  I stamped the flower with Elegant Eggplant Classic Ink and since it's a dye ink, you can watercolor without adding extra ink!  Just "smear" the ink with an AquaPainter and you have instant watercoloring!  The word "happiness" is from Warm Words which is part of the Say It With Words special. 

This was a card that we made at the Joliet Newcomers and Neighbor Group Meeting.  They did a great job with it--especially since many were brand new to stamping!
