Yes, it's true--you can make a card without stamping! OK, I know it's been done many times before, but I sell stamps and I made a card without stamping! Is there irony in that? Well, if you peeked at the card, you can see that I used Eastern Elegance Rub Ons instead of stamping. I might have gotten a little carried away, but they are so easy and fun to use that I couldn't help myself! This card also gives you a sneak peek at some of the great items soon to be available in the new Occasions Mini.
Here are some close ups of the Rub Ons. There are three Rub Ons that you might not see unless you really look carefully. Do you know which ones I mean?
These I'm sure you saw right away. What's cool with the 3 vertical images is that they were spaced out perfectly on the sheet--no messing around to get them even. The flower is where I might have gone overboard--the red circle in the middle probably didn't need a rub on with the brad there. I still like the outcome.
Did you catch these Rub Ons right away? The black circles in the red flowers are Rub Ons. How fun is that? They fit perfectly! I really like how the Rub Ons make those flowers "pop"!

Be sure to check back tomorrow here at Stamping With Sheryl. I'll show how to make a quick and easy basket for a Spring or Easter decoration. I also have a really cool fancy fold "how to" planned for my next newsletter coming out on March 4. If you aren't on my email list yet, be sure to sign up using the box in the top left corner.
Thanks for stopping by!
