This is another card that we made at the Christmas Card Class. I think this was the 2nd favorite overall.
We stamped the trees with Black Stazon on Glossy White card stock. Then we masked the "snow" area (stamp on scrap and trim on the grass line to make your mask). Next we sponged using Pacific Point and Lavender Lace. These aren't typical Christmas colors, but I think they work with this card.
To finish the card we tapped the Versamarker on the trees and embossed with Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder. You can barely see the sparkle on my card, but it's there.
If you would like to make this card, you'll need the following:
Stamp Sets: Lovely as a Tree (101233), Heard from the Heart (111644)
Inks: Black Stazon, Lavender Lace, Pacific Point
Card Stock: Lavender Lace, Basic Black, Glossy White
Accessories: Versamarker, Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Stampin' Sponges
If you have any questions on this card, be sure to let me know.
Thanks for the visit!
