Good Friday Morning! Today is Bloggers' Challenge and we have this sketch to follow. Well, you know how I like to double up on cards so my card today is also one of the cards my stampers are making at Stamp Camp this weekend.
I stayed pretty true to the sketch except for the scale of my circle.
I love that SU! is offering these single stamps--and I especially like Dasher (although I made him into Rudolph). There are a few single stamp sets in the Holiday Mini catalog too so be sure to check them out.
I stamped Dasher with Soft Suede on a Whisper White circle that I cut with my Circle Scissors Plus. The scallop is made with the Big Shot and Scallops #2 Bigz Die. The little red nose is made with the small size of my Crop-a-Dile and a dab of Crystal Effects.
I used Christmas Cocoa Specialty Designer Series Paper for my panel. I added two Pewter Jumbo Eyelets (you use the Crop-a-Dile to set them). A piece of Sleigh Bells Ribbon from the Holiday Mini is threaded through both eyelets. Lastly, I stamped Merry Christmas from All Holidays with Soft Suede directly on my Real Red card base.
If you missed signing up for October's Stamp Camp, you can still sign up for my Christmas Stamp a Stack. You'll leave with 10 cards (2 of 5 designs) and envelopes. Plus the cards are ones that you can reproduce easily for your own Christmas Cards. I'm offering a morning and afternoon session on Saturday, October 24. For all the info and to register, click here.
Thanks for the visit!
