Good Sunday Morning! I have a card to share with you that uses the color challenge on Our Creative Corner and the sketch on i{heart}2stamp. Now the colors, which I think look beautiful together, were a challenge because I wanted to make a Christmas Card. I had to use Handsome Hunter, Sage Shadow, Soft Suede and Blush Blossom. I guess I cheated just a little on the Blush Blossom and used Apricot Appeal instead--there's just a bit in the Nouveau Chic Designer Series Paper that I used.
I chose the pattern on the horizontal panel because I thought that design looked like ornaments.. The other pattern makes a good background and I added snowflakes from Delightful Decorations stamped in Soft Suede. The two ornaments from Delightful Decorations are stamped in Handsome Hunter and Sage Shadow and then punched with the new Ornament Punch. To get a thin Soft Suede layer, I used my Big Shot, Curly Label Movers and Shapers XL Bigz Die and Holiday Windows Movers and Shapers. My ornaments are finished off with Gold Elastic Cording.
Remember, I'm offering a 20% discount on the purchase of the Big Shot if you also purchase one of the Deals of the Week. But, this offer is only good until tomorrow morning (Monday, Oct 19 at 9:50 am MT). To be safe, get your order in to me tonight (email or call so I get take the discount). Click here for all the information.
Be sure to check back tomorrow as well for all the information on my upcoming Christmas Waterfall Scrapbook Class. I will sell kits as well in case you are not free on Sunday, November 8 at 1pm. It's going to be a great class--my downline is involved too!
Thanks for the visit!

This is such a fresh idea - I would have never done a Christmas card in these colors! How clever!
Thanks for playing with us at the OCC!

Wow, this is just gorgeous. I love what you did with both the colors and the sketch, and I will accept your bit of cheating, LOL. ;) It's a beautiful card and I'm so glad you played along with us!

Oh this is pretty! It makes sense to use green, but with the grey it's so soft and beautiful!
