I love this Christmas image from the Holiday Best Hostess Set. I especially like it in Real Red matched up with Christmas Cocoa Specialty Designer Series Paper from the Holiday Mini! I thought it was perfect for this week's Mojo Monday sketch.
I stamped the image from Holiday Best with Real Red on Whisper White and then punched it out with the Ornament Punch. TIP: Remember to always stamp first, then punch! To get the Real Red layer for the ornament, I used my Big Shot, Curly Label Movers and Shapers XL Bigz Die (a must have) and the Holiday Windows Movers and Shapers. Then I used 2 different patterns from the Christmas Cocoa Specialty DSP to create the needed panels to match the sketch. I added a piece of Whisper White Taffeta. My card base is Whisper White.
Do you have plans for Friday, November 20th? If not and you live in the Plainfield, IL area, be sure to come to my Open Crop. This is a time perfect for you to work on your holiday cards! You bring all of your own supplies. I will have my Christmas stamps out for you to use if you wish (but bring your own inks). It's FREE, unless you want to use my Big Shot, then there is a $5 fee. Also, everyone brings their own drinks and a snack or dessert to share.
If you plan on joining us, I need to know my November 18. Just email me to let me know.
Thanks for the visit!

Gorgeous. I agree that the image is spectacular in the red and works fabulously with those papers.
