Today's the big day for celebrating Dalton's promotion to High School, but I woke up early just so I could play a little in my stamp room.
Here's the sketch for this week on CPS. This sketch made me think (that's why it's a challenge, right?). I'm happy with my card, although it is different than what I had in mind. Does that happen to you too?
My colors are based on the Urban Garden DSP. If you like this paper, make sure you purchase it right away (shop here if you'd like) because it's on the Last Chance List. The sentiment is from Holidays and Wishes which is also on the Last Chance List.
To make my card, I just layered the different patterns of DSP. My circle is made using the Circle Scissors Plus. Then I make some Kiwi Kiss Little Leaves with my Big Shot. I did trim some of the leaves off two of the dies. My flowers are made with the Trio Flower Punch and Crop-a-Dile.
